An enterprise management platform for poultry farm operations

The problem

Managing large-scale poultry operations involves complex logistics, inventory tracking, and production forecasting. Relying on manual data entry and disconnected systems leads to inefficiencies, missed anomalies, and suboptimal production yields.

What we did

1. 01Built a comprehensive management platform encompassing farm business modules and inventory tracking.
2. 02Engineered automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data pipelines for streamlined data processing.
3. 03Developed a production forecasting engine to predict yields and optimize operations.
4. 04Implemented anomaly detection to quickly identify and alert on production issues.
5. 05Structured the system as a Turborepo monorepo with an Express REST API, React admin web app, and Flutter mobile app.
