The problem

The Nigerian property market struggles with fragmented listings, lack of trust between guests and hosts, and complex payment processes. Finding reliable short-stay or long-term rentals often involves navigating multiple untrustworthy agents and unverified listings, leading to friction and potential fraud.

What we did

1. 01Designed and built a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter for guests and hosts to browse, list, and manage properties.
2. 02Engineered a robust Node.js backend with automated earnings, payout handling, and background job processing.
3. 03Integrated Paystack for secure escrow payments and seamless mobile payment flows.
4. 04Implemented real-time chat via Socket.IO between guests and hosts.
5. 05Built a pre-launch waitlist landing page with modern animations to capture early user interest.
