UK property investors face a fragmented data landscape. To make informed investment decisions, they must manually pull data from multiple sources regarding valuations, crime statistics, energy ratings, and licensing, which is time-consuming and error-prone.
What we did
- 01Architected a multi-service platform using Go microservices and a Next.js frontend.
- 02Integrated comprehensive UK property data including price history, rental demand, crime statistics, and EPC energy ratings.
- 03Developed a Chrome extension to surface property insights directly in the browser.
- 04Built an automated room-by-room inventory generation tool with PDF export capabilities.
